Kathy Stine is a model example of a Jersey County volunteer. Her family has a long history of   4-H involvement and Kathy even grew up in the club that her mother, Evelyn, started. She always demonstrates patients and her love of cooking and baking with Jersey County 4-H members. Kathy is admirable not only through 4-H but also was a teacher for special needs children, owned and operated two restaurants, and currently serves on the Jersey County 4-H Foundation Board.
