Ten-year 4-H member, Emma Hoke, of Rock Island County has served as a leader and 44 year volunteer. Some of her services include setting up for county judging days, going to the State Fair and volunteering, helping Federation, helping with the 4-H Food Tent at the Rock Island County Fair and hosting meetings for her daughter’s 4-H club. She has received the Louis Mitchell Awards, the Friend of 4-H Award, the Handy Bud Volunteer Award, and the Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Award for all of her services.
