Debra Newell of Knox County was the prime example of a very dedicated volunteer who lived her life full of 4-H. Debbie was very involved in her church, community, and of course 4-H where she was always patient and kind and will dearly be missed. Debbie’s club—now led by her husband and nephew, Grant—plans to do a Passport to the World group project in her honor. Though Debbie passed unexpectedly in February of 2014, her husband Randy accepted the award in her honor.
