McDonough County is delighted to honor Colleen Carlson as their Hall of Fame inductee. As a leader and volunteer, Colleen inspires others with her service. Colleen’s club, the Scotland Clever Clovers was once the largest club in McDonough County with 46 members and also won the Illinois 4-H Club Award in the area of Community Involvement and Global Understanding for their efforts! She won the 4-H Salute to Excellence Lifetime Volunteer Award in 2010, served on the McDonough County Extension Council, McDonough 4-H and Extension Foundation, the Illinois 4-H Foundation, and currently serves as her county’s judge for Food Demonstrations.
