Forty-two year volunteer Barbara Fandel of Woodford County has been a tireless supporter of 4-H for all of her many years of service. She was a leader and Poultry Superintendent for countless years. The current Poultry Superintendents have so much respect for her that they requested her name not be removed from the committee even after she retired!  The Woodford County Poultry program would not be where it is today without her hard work and dedication.
