Alan Kulczewski of Warren County can be described as dedicated, dependable, and a great volunteer. As Chairman for the Youth coalition, volunteer, 4-H leader, and Board Member Al is known for his involvement and dedication. Alan’s contribution is not limited to 4-H as he is involved with the Habitat for Humanity where he serves on the board, Monmouth Rotary Club where he currently serves as Assistant Governor, the Board of Education where he has served as president, a board member of the Warren Achievement Center, and so many more. He truly lives his life as a person that serves their community for a better living.
