Kenneth Schafer has been a longtime supporter of the Jersey County 4-H Program. Mr. Schafer was a 9 year member of the Jersey County Rangeline 4-H Club and led the Nooks and Crannies 4-H Club for 6 years. Along with serving as the swine and sheep superintendent, Ken has served as the President of the Jersey County Extension Building Association, and Vice-President of the Jersey County 4-H Foundation.
