Jean Rains has served the youth of Crawford County in various capacities for many years. Whether it is serving on the Extension Council, Ag Committee, Youth Committee, or Expansion and Review Committee, Jean is always willing to dedicate her time to the Crawford County 4-H Program. Not only has Jane dedicated her time on committees, she has also served as a local county camp nurse and has given presentations on farm & animal safety. In 2008, Jean started the Raymond Evans Most Improved award in memory of her father and awards a young horse exhibitor with a belt buckle yearly.
