For the past 40 years, Elsie Voelker has been a tremendous asset to the Effingham 4-H program. Elsie (L-SEE) strives to meet the need of every 4-Her in her club and continues to inspire those around her in Effingham County. For over 10 years, along with her husband Ron, Elsie has coordinated the 4-H Dairy Bar and the Effingham County 4-H BBQ. These two events are the largest fundraising efforts for the Effingham County 4-H Program. Effingham County has truly benefited having Elsie Voelker as a 4-H supporter.
