After ten outstanding years in 4-H, Blair Blaser (BLAZER) has become a staple of the Rock Island 4-H Program. Blair celebrates thirty years as a 4-H beef superintendent and has worked tirelessly on building and grounds every year at the fair. He has been a livestock judging coach, taught grooming clinics, serves as a member of the Fair Board and provided leadership for the construction of a new cattle show ring. Blair developed the Friends of Rock Island County 4-H fifteen years ago to assist with the Livestock Sale. Blair Blaser has made a true impact on the Rock Island Livestock program.
