Annette McLane of Jo Daviess County was inspired to be a true leader in her community after 11 years in the 4-H program. 4-H helped her to gain the confidence she needed to go to Australia for a work abroad program right after high school. Annette is a strong supporter of the Jo Daviess County 4-H Program and is always willing to step up and volunteer. Annette's interest in the Awards Recognition Program has helped the county to recognize several deserving youth.
