Melissa Moore of Madison County has been the leader of the Marine Stars 4-H Club for 24 years. She is conscientious, enthusiastic, and takes her obligations very seriously. If Melissa is involved in something, she gives her talents to it completely. Without her efforts and constant support the Marine Stars 4-H club would not be as successful as it is now.
