Jasper County is happy to honor Larry Casey as their Hall of Fame Recipient. He has played an instrumental role in the local 4-H program. Larry has watched the youth he guided develop into volunteers from which he has had the privilege to work beside to continue to strengthen the program in the county. He assisted in establishing a 4-H Alumni group in the county and actively supports 4-H Memorial Camp.
