After 11 years as a 4-H member himself, Jim Seibert has continued to be a great supporter of the Jersey County 4-H program for the last thirty years. Jim served as an Extension assistant and associate youth advisor before becoming an Ag loan banker with Jersey State Bank. Jim stays active with the Jersey County Fair Board and 4-H Livestock Committee. He is also a volunteer on the Jersey County 4-H Foundation Board.
