John & Carol Protz of Coles County have continuously taken pride in their role as 4-H Club Leaders for 20 years. They have attended the N.C. Volunteer Conference every year for 13 years and served on the planning committee. John has volunteered as electricity judge at State Fair. They continue to financially support 4-H, serve on 4-H committees and assist at 4-H shows. John & Carol co-chaired the last State Leaders Conference at the University of Illinois in 1994.
