Janice Blanchette of Kankakee County has been involved in 4-H all her life, she has exhibited everything from dairy heifers to flower arranging. Janice was an "I Dare You" award winner, showed at the state fair and attended one the first 4-H youth conferences at the U of I in 1963. One of her most noteworthy achievements was helping pass the Kankakee referendum for Extension in 1992. Janice's family is a 4 generation 4-H family! Congratulations, Janice!
