Charlene Bandy has been a wonderful asset to the Madison County 4-H Program. Charlene has been a leader for over 24 years, also serving on the Executive Council and Council Board. She regularly attends the North Central Volunteer forum and gains knowledge and great information to return to the county to share with other 4-H volunteers. Charlene has served on numerous planning committees for conferences. She also serves as a mentor for new leaders in the county. She is a wonderful volunteer and greatly appreciated!
