Carol Kaiping has served Monroe County for 28 years! She has inspired hundreds of youth using both creativity and organization during her time as leader of the Monroe County Hoofbeats. Carol’s active involvement in the horse industry has provided her the opportunity to enrich the lives of 4-H members. She is gratified by her commitment to 4-H by watching youth put knowledge to work in their horsemanship and life skill development. Thank you, Carol!
