William Brooks or "Brooksie" has been serving the Cass County 4-H program for 25 years. During this time he has dedicated countless hours to the program by counting ribbons, announcing shows, being a Superintendent, judging projects, and providing positive support to members of all ages. Financially, he supports the livestock sale annually and in 2009 began donating funds to support two annual, $4,000 Cass County 4-H Scholarships.
