8 year member; 15 year leader of the Silver Spurs 4-H Club
Bebe J. Groter of Stark County has been dedicated to the 4-H program since she was a youth member and continued her dedication as an adult leader. Over the years, Bebe has worked with countless Stark County 4-H youth and their horses, which she especially takes pleasure in. Today, she continues to share her love of equine with Stark County youth as a fair superintendent and fair trophy award sponsor. As a result, Bebe is able to continue her own skills through her enjoyment of riding horses while working with 4-H youth to perfect their own skills and abilities.
