21 year club leader; Long-time volunteer
Francis Morse has found many ways to show his support for Bureau County's 4-H program. He has served in many different volunteer roles, and is always willing to help in any way that he can. In his 21 years as the 4-H Federation leader, Francis has helped organize and direct many fun activities for youth and their families. He also does an outstanding job of organizing and planning the 4-H Foodstand fundraiser during the county fair each year.
