Kathy has been a leader of the Ellery Panthers 4-H Club for 12 years.  Under her leadership, the club has focused community service efforts on prevention education relating to child safety, child abuse and domestic violence.  She serves on Extension Council and coordinates the counties’ 4-H Ambassador Program, which encourages youth to participate in State Legislative Day.  Throughout her years of service, Kathy has gone above and beyond her call of duty to help youth achieve their highest potential.
