5 year member of the Ducklings; 2 year Junior Master Gardener Leader
Glen Fanter is a 4-H leader, Master Gardener, father, and grandfather. Someone recently mentioned that Glen is the grandfather that eveyone dreams of having. He spends many volunteer hours helping youth in Mason County. He not only is Mason County's adult Jr. Master Gardener leader, he is also a leader in other communities in the County. Glen travels to rural schools in the county presenting invaluable information on honey bees. He also helps local grade schools with garden demonstration plots and school beautification with the kids. The children look forward to Glen's visits. They enjoy him just as much as he enjoys the kids!
