8 year member of the Terre Haute 4-H Club; 60 year leader Extension and 4-H advocate

Don Peasley has been an active supporter of 4-H in McHenry County for the past 60 years. He is a self-employed editor, historian and photojournalist and has been covering 4-H events since he arrived in the county in 1947. He still writes a weekly column in two local newspapers and frequently prepares articles on the 4-H program and individual 4-H members in the county. His avid support of the University of Illinois and 4-H in particular is a tremendous asset to Extension and McHenry County.
