6 year member of the JBG's 4-H Club; 4 year leader of the Toulon Farmer and Farmettes 4-H Club
Alice began her 4-H career in Peoria County as a member and revived her role in 4-H when her children became old enough to join and be active in 4-H. Since that time Alice has taken on the role of club leader and remains an Extension Council member and superintendent of the Stark County Jr. Fair which works together with the Extension office to offer an exhibit opportunity at the annual Stark County 4-H Fair. Alice remains an active community member as a teacher and a volunteer. She has a kind and familiar face and is a source of motivation and inspiration for young people. She knows the value of the educational experience 4-H provides and encourages the young people she meets to set goals and attain them.
