10 year member of Preston Sunbeams of Brookings, SD; 21 year leader of Shamrocks of Tazewell County
Judy McFarland has given so much in so many ways to help young people through 4-H. She says, "I believe 4-H is an excellent program and want to keep it going even with all of today's activites and challenges." She enjoys working with kids and seeing them learn. McFarland has volunteered and supported youth in every way she has been asked to over the years. She leads a very successful 4-H club and is the advisor for the 4-H Federation. She is an outstanding example for the youth and for other adults.
