6 year member of Rock Island County Board; Chairman of Rock Island County Board
James serves the Rock Island 4-H program in many capacities: former 4-H parent and now a 4-H grandparent, as a sheep show assistant, as a member of the Rock Island County Fair Board, and in his strongest support as chairman of the Rock Island County Board. His total involvement numbers around 50 years, and his adult volunteer involvement stems back 40 years. Jim is a true friend of 4-H and without his help and guidance in obtaining financial support many opportunities for youth in Rock Island County would not become reality.
