Jo Rector is a dedicated 4-H leader. She gives unselfishly of her time to help members in her club and in the county "Make The Best Better." She goes out of her way to make sure that members have the opportunity to participate in all events and activities that they can and that they get recognition for their efforts. She assists at all levels in the 4-H program-club, county, and state. She has been very active in organizing and teaching county project schools in such things as dog obedience and horsemanship. She also serves as a middle management volunteer for the awards program in the county. Because of Jo's involvement in the 4-H program and her special interest in youth, 4-H'ers and others look to her for leadership and guidance.
