15 year leader of the Allendale Boondocks 4-H Club in Wabash County

Dorothy Trimble has have a big impact on 4-H'ers over the years. She was a 4-H leader for 15 years. After retiring from leading the club, she continued on as a project leader in the county for the last 18 years; she taught knitting, clothing, and foods workshops for 4 H members. She also judges those projects in the surrounding counties. Her encouragement and knowledge have helped many 4-H'ers obtain Illinois State Fair honors, as well as other 4-H awards.
