10 year member of the Sunshine Girls & Shamrocks 4-H Clubs in Gallatin County; 7 year leader of the Ponderosa 4-H Club in Ford County
Cyndi Punke was selected as the Ford-Iroquois 4-H Volunteer of the Year in 2003. She continues to serve in a variety of capacities. Although she has no children of her own, Cyndi considers her 4-H members an extension of her family and supports them both in 4-H and school events. As a former 4-H member, Cyndi was involved as a club officer, Junior Leader, and County Federation member and she participated in public speaking contests, Leadership Convention, and summer camp activities. She is the epitome of what every leader should be. Cyndi is very supportive of her members and has planned and coordinated project workshops for her club. She also collaborates with other local clubs to host events and activities. Cyndi developed her own marketing flyer to distribute to the area school children to recruit new members in the fall. She is always ready and willing to help at the county level whenever asked.
