15 year leader of a 4-H Club in Cook County

Carol Williams serves on several Extension committees. Ms. William has been a dedicated volunteer to Extension's 4 H program for 15 years. She has provided youth to help with mentoring special needs children, judge at 4 H city fairs and volunteer at the farmers' market with Garfield Conservatory. Ms. Williams has served on state committees and won a trip along with 3 youth to Washington to sit on a Washington focus group representing University of Illinois Extension. Her students are involved in organic farming and bee keeping. She believes in the "No Kids Left Behind" concept by ensuring that all of her students are included in various 4 H activities and projects.
