Cindy Chaffin has been the 4-H Leader for the Pleasant Spacemakers 4-H Club of Fulton County for 15 years. Cindy is also a vital part of the 4-H Horse Program in Fulton County, where she spearheaded an effort to get a new, safe arena built at the Fulton County Fairgrounds. Her work with young 4-H Horse members has led many youth to join 4-H who might otherwise not have done so. Cindy also serves on the Extension Council, 4-H Youth Committee, and 4-H Horse Committee. Fulton County is proud to have Cindy as a leader in their community!
