Champaign County couldn’t be happier to honor Carol Hays as their Hall of Fame recipient. Carol has been involved with 4-H most of her life. After being an 11-year member in McHenry County, Carol currently resides in Champaign County and leads the Clover Ridge 4-H Club. She is always offering to help and each year she judges the Champaign County 4-H Club Secretaries books and county awards.
