Elaine Peppers of Champaign County has bled "4-H green" since she was a little girl. She attended Club Congress and remembers the thrill of being chosen. Elaine has watched her kids grow up and age out of 4-H throughout her 34 years as a leader of the Champaign Helping Hands Club. Elaine continues to successfully re-energized her club with Cloverbuds and younger members. She has also served on the county youth council, was the co-chair of the “4 Million for 4-H” campaign, and has instructed many flower arranging workshops. She is a terrific role model and support for Champaign County’s newer leaders!
