10 year member of the Lucky 13 Luckettes in Fulton; 58 year leader of Canton Luckettes of Fulton County
Virginia Barnard is just finishing her 58th year as a 4-H Leader in Fulton County and she has no plans to quit now. She is still actively involved in the running of the club along with her daughter who is also a club leader. Virginia served as a State Fair chaperone for many years, has served on various councils and committees, and is a wonderful example to all of our 4-H volunteers and members.
