37 year leader of the Fairview Huskies
Frances Fisher is a very dedicated 4-H volunteer leader in Fulton County. She is in her 37th year as a 4-H leader. She and her late husband, Paul, raised five sons who were all very active in 4-H and she has also seen active grandchildren in the program. She has helped at 4-H shows and events and is very deserving of being in the 4-H Hall of Fame.
