Lendzy is a cornerstone of the Crawford County 4-H program, demonstrating unparalleled dedication and passion in multiple roles. As a club leader for the Trailblazers 4-H club, she has been instrumental in the club's growth and success over the past three years. Her leadership has fostered a thriving and supportive environment for the club's members.

In her role as the Livestock Judging Team coach, Lendzy has made remarkable strides. Since taking on the position two years ago, she has successfully doubled the size of the team. Her commitment extends beyond mere participation; she ensures that each member fully understands the intricacies of livestock judging, providing valuable opportunities for practice and competition across the state.

Lendzy also excels as the Master Showmanship superintendent, where her efforts to engage younger participants are evident. She has introduced the Jr. Master Showmanship competition to involve the younger generation, showcasing her foresight in nurturing future leaders within the program.

One of Lendzy's standout contributions this year is her work on the general projects auction. Recognizing the need to provide opportunities for all 4-H members, she has single-handedly organized this auction to ensure that general projects exhibitors have a platform to showcase and sell their work at the annual fair. This initiative underscores her commitment to inclusivity and the success of every participant.

Her enthusiasm for recruiting new members is contagious. Lendzy is known for her proactive approach in promoting the 4-H program, eagerly sharing its benefits with anyone who expresses interest. Her efforts help sustain and grow the program by bringing in new, enthusiastic participants.

Additionally, Lendzy's involvement with the Crawford County Extension and Foundation, the Unit Council, and her volunteer work with Junior Leaders highlight her comprehensive commitment to the 4-H community.
