Joe Fidler's involvement stretches back to his own 4-H membership in the Burlington Ag 4-H club, where he later served as a leader. For many years, he ensured the smooth running of the beef shows at the Kane County Fair, and his expertise continues to be valued during weigh-ins. Currently, Joe leads the Kane County 4-H Foundation as President, playing a pivotal role in fundraising efforts like the Pork Chop Dinner, which brings in substantial support for the program annually. As an alum of Kane County 4-H, Joe's dedication to making the best better for the past 36 years is an incredible benefit to the program.
