Illinois 4-H

Joyce was a 4-H club leader for 20 years and was actively involved in various activities and events with her club. She also served as a food judge in two counties and judged wool projects at the State Fair. Her love for 4-H started when she became a member in 1955 and continued even after she got married, as her husband became a 4-H club leader as well. Joyce stated, ” I’ve always felt that 4-H was another way to offer a positive experience for our youth, who are our future.”
