Accepting her award is her husband, Harold Ludolph. Cathy was a dedicated member of the 4-H program in Peoria County. She started as a member at age 9 and eventually became a leader and clothing superintendent. In 1995, she began her career with the University of Illinois Extension and in 2000, she became the 4-H Extension Program Coordinator. Cathy was passionate about 4-H and worked hard to improve the program in her county. Cathy stated, “To witness young people grow and excel in their chosen project areas, develop leadership skills and form life long friendships has been a rewarding experience for me. I feel 4-H has prepared these young people to meet todays challenges head on and succeed.”
