Brian Basting has been a dedicated volunteer in McLean County for over 20 years. Growing up in McLean County, he was a 10 year member of the Silverleaf Let’s Go Ag 4-H Club. After leaving for college and a professional career, he returned to McLean County and chose 4-H to be his volunteer focus. He served on Extension Council, McLean County Extension Foundation board, Mosbacher Scholarship Committee, Extension State Advisory Council (ESAC), and this year he celebrates his 20th year as Royalty Superintendent. Brian serves as an excellent role model for royalty and escorts them in numerous parades representing McLean County 4-H.
