Charlie Nolan has been dedicated to White County 4-H for the past forty-six years serving as an Extension Youth Advisor, 4-H leader, workshop instructor, and parent. In 1989, Charlie and his wife Gail became leaders of the Crossville Prizewinners 4-H Club. In addition to serving as a 4-H leader, Charlie has served the University of Illinois Extension as a member and chairman of the White Co. Extension Facilities Association, White Co. 4-H Support Committee, Extension Council, and Extension State Advisory Committee. White County 4-H would not be where it is today without Charlie Nolan.
