For 25 years, Louise helped lead the Pleasant Workers 4-H Club. At one time this club was one of the largest clubs in Mason County. Louise and her husband John were vegetable superintendents at the fair for 45 years and Louise continues to sponsor a trophy for the vegetable division in memory of her husband.
