Wilbon Anthony of Saint Clair County is very active in 4-H and his community. He worked 37 years with the University of Illinois Extension program as a Youth Adviser, Prevention Educator, and 4-H Youth Development Educator in St. Clair County and the Edwardsville Extension Center. Wilbon and his wife are 4-H alumni and have recognized the importance of 4-H and enrolled their three children in the St. Clair 4-H program. Wilbon now serves as a judge, a member of the St. Clair County 4-H Expansion and Review Committee, and the Unit 22 Extension Council.
