Clinton County’s nominee, Vivian Luebbers truly makes the best better. As a 15 year leader of the Aviston Aces, she promotes the concept of “learning by doing” to each of the members. Among these members are her three children: Amanda, Alicia, and Jennifer. Her club’s community involvement includes singing at local nursing homes, Christmas caroling, cleaning up the village park, and making and sending cards to veterans. Vivian also serves on the Clinton County Awards Committee where she gives many hours of her time to assist in judging the county award applications.
