Grundy County is proud to honor Rita Mills as their Hall of Fame Honoree. Rita has been a mother of five 4-H members who belonged for over 50 years and grandmother to four children who have 44 years. She has been a fair superintendent, judge, and prime supporter of youth projects and fundraising for over 50 years. Along with Grundy County, Rita was also active in Kendall County. 4-H has been a big part of her family’s life and still is!
