Laurie Raymond of Madison County became a 4-H leader 28 years ago and has served many roles since then. Laurie has taken leadership of the Madison County Fashion Revue, Superintendent of the 4-H Clothing Judging events, Shooting Sports Program Coordinator, Secretary and Treasurer of the Madison County 4-H Livestock Auction Committee, and so many more. Among all of these accomplishments, Laurie’s most rewarding moments are when a “light bulb comes on” in a kid’s mind or when they are excited to try something new. She describes these feeling as being contagious.
