Franklin County nominee, Diann Browning, is a great example of “making the best better.” As a 4-H leader, she takes extra care to make sure her members do their absolute best by individually working with them on their records. She continues to volunteer at 4-H shows by being a recorder for judges, setting up, tearing down, recording entries, sorting ribbons, and many other tasks. Diann and her family are also big supporters of the 4-H BBQ in Franklin County and are more than willing to lend a helping hand.
