Cindy Moses of Cumberland County has always gone above and beyond for not only her county, but for the Illinois State 4-H program. She not only completed her tasks, but took on the role of Program Coordinator to keep the 4-H program alive. She was an amazing staff member, a wonderful volunteer, and a great leader. Though Cindy passed after battling with an illness on March 15, her husband Harve received this award in her honor.
