Washington County is very pleased to honor Bill and Janet Windler as Hall of Fame Inductees. Bill served as a leader, committee member of Expansion Review, Animal Science, and Show Committee. Bill is the volunteer who always seems to be making a personal effort to make the kids laugh and ensure they are enjoying themselves. Janet was a 40-year 4-H volunteer and served countless years as an HCE board member. Her contributions are countless and she was always lending a gentle hand and a kind word. Though she passed away, her memory lives on in the form of the Janet Windler Memorial Leader of the Year Award.
